Bug description

I can not access my right bottom corner for clicking on icons or bringing up right click menu on my mouse.

Steps to reproduce

If i just place any icon from other place and drop it in this highlighted corned, I won't be able to click on it. It just won't respond to my clicking on it. Neither can i right click to bring out the menu in the highlighted area.

Expected behavior

It is inaccessible to me. I can not use any icon placed in this corner.

Additional information

However, when i tried changing the resolution i could access this corner. I am not using any fractional scaling. it is set to default 100%
