Sometimes, a Cinnamon applet is updated and Cinnamon is restarted, just after Linux Mint start. Then, applications that are automatically started after Linux Mint start (and probably before applet update and Cinnamon restart) are crashing, I must restart them (Thunderbird and Firefox).
Steps to reproduce
Add Thunderbird and Firefox in the list of applications that are automatically started after Linux Mint start.
Activate the automatic Cinnamon update.
Start Linux Mint several times, until a Cinnamon applet update happens.
Expected behavior
Applications that are automatically started at the beginning of Linux Mint starting shouldn't crash.
Additional information
Thunderbird and Firefox crash (they do not respond, I must restart them and then, the Cinnamon panel becomes OK):
