Please add the ability to select the window titlebar text position (left, center, and maybe right) in System settings.
To make the windows look like this:

Not a lot of point of a setting like this nowadays. Considering that half the apps installed are client side decorated and this setting wouldn't affect them.

Can't themes control it? But it only works if apps don't add buttons.

I was exploring gtk.css and cinnamon.css of Mint-Y theme to do this, but no success, couldn't find the selector to change. Maybe I should define new one that can handle this, but is not present in css file at this time?

I realize that CSD windows will not be affected, but there are plenty of old apps, e.g. Nemo and so on.

Old is not the right word here...
