Window titlebar text position setting #12116

Not a lot of point of a setting like this nowadays. Considering that half the apps installed are client side decorated and this setting wouldn't affect them. |
Can't themes control it? But it only works if apps don't add buttons. |
I was exploring gtk.css and cinnamon.css of Mint-Y theme to do this, but no success, couldn't find the selector to change. Maybe I should define new one that can handle this, but is not present in css file at this time? |
I realize that CSD windows will not be affected, but there are plenty of old apps, e.g. Nemo and so on. |

Please add the ability to select the window titlebar text position (left, center, and maybe right) in System settings.
