Change Footer date properties #138

Probably a dumb question but I can't seem to figure out how change the footer properties using default footer.
The 3 specific properties I want to change are

  1. Center Text
  2. Change text size
  3. Keep date set to current date even if selected date changes
    Any help would be greatly appreciated
