Hey, I'm the maintainer of https://github.com/firecow/gitlab-ci-local

gitlab-ci-local is a tool that enables you to run .gitlab-ci.yml from within a terminal, for debugging n' such.

Would a PR be accepted if i add gitlab-ci-local to this project?
