resizing terminal collapses (backgrounds) all split-screens #62

At the moment all split-screens will be back-grounded when resizing the terminal running nvi. Is this intentional?

The behavior is pre-existing, but not mandated either. Patches welcome.

@mk-f I'm looking at changing this behavior in OpenVi (which is a fork / portable version of OpenBSD's vi, which is based on nvi 1.79). It's more minimal than nvi2 and probably not an alternative for most, but any patch for this would also applicable for both editors as well as nvi 1.8x.

I'm responding here mostly to remind myself to send any patch here as well.
