Feedback shader doesn't work when viewport scale type is used. #408

The output will be dark and flicker.

Steps to reproduce:

Change feedback.slangp scale type to viewport.

Looks identical here, linux 64-bit vulkan

Then it is definitely a bug. I am using D3D11 on Windows 10.

Can confirm this (the black frame, not the flickering).

d3d12 has issues too, it crashes.
