It's a 2004 Atari ST emulator.
It's lightweight and some old systems like PSP, Wii, NGC, old PCs or cheap Android phones could benefit from it. I remember running this really well on a Pentium 2.

Last commit was 6 years ago. Looks like it's not maintained anymore? Also don't see a libretro build in here. Know if there's any steam behind steem? 😉
