[Feature request] Add support for hack/translations/mods/patched/fixed images.

Hi I love beetle, works great but many games from Japan with translations or games with mods/patches doesn't start.
Is possible add option for less accuracy emulation for possibility to run modified games?

Strange. Original mednafen can run image with patch like:

But beetle can't run :(
