findfalcons example issue

Hello,

I have Novint Falcon Device that i want to use with Ubuntu 20.4 Linux operating system, for that reason i had installed libnifalcon and wanted to test the examples provided inside the library first.

Inside bin folder there are few examples provided which are
barrow_mechanics falcon_led falcon_test_cli findfalcons findfalcons_multi

I had tried findfalcons on the same day that i installed the library and it worked without any issues , i were able to obtain different encoders values when i were moving the haptic arm (Enc1 , Enc2 ,Enc3 ) values.

Note: i were not using any external powered UPS hub.

On the second day i were not able to run the same example, instead i was getting below error

sumey@sumey-G3-3500:~/libnifalcon/build/bin$ ./findfalcons
Falcons found: 1
Opening falcon 1
Opened falcon
Loading firmware
Could not load firmware

So i tried to reset PC several times till it worked.

Now , iam getting the same issue but restarting the PC are not doing the trick. when i run the command (sudo ./findfalcons) three times it seems the example is able to operate but but the values of the encoders are not changing although I'm moving the arm haptic.

Can you help me solve this issue ?
