Describe the bug

When using TitleBar, the Windows native TitleBar will be displayed for a short period of time during the window loading process.

To Reproduce

Use Wpf.ui.Gallery in .NET 8

Expected behavior

Do not display Windows native TitleBar.

My situation is even worse. Unless I switch themes, the 'Windows native TitleBar' will always be displayed
