Add confirmation to exit the transmission

That is, at least I feel that sometimes I press the controller back button twice or so and then I go back on the transmission screen so not sure if I should add a confirmation thing or so, maybe behind a setting to enable / disable it? (settings is on the plan)

Besides that also dismiss the controls after some time

This has happened to me (accidentally backed out too far). Now I always feel a bit apprehensive when using "back" to dismiss the controls. I think that a confirmation before stopping the player would be good.
