应该是文件编码格式的问题，建议采用UTF-8格式编码进行读写。

可使用命令match (n) return n进行查询，你只查询了employ_of关系，因此图谱展示结果不一样，可导入Neo4j的csv文件已经提交了，可见/data/import。
