Auto-refresh

Add the option of automatically refreshing the document table, statement table, and current document text painting automatically in the background after a certain number of seconds. There is already a database field in the CODERS table for this purpose.

It would be beneficial for this functionality if the tables and text could be repainted without too much distraction and complication in the background, ideally injecting/updating/removing only new/updated/deleted entries, perhaps in a background thread or swing worker. Also re-select the document that was open before refreshing.
