Public viewing of glassfrog/holocracy roles

Glassfrog has an API we can request to do this. I have emailed Glassfrog for an API key for Legalese.

They are not going to want to do this. By default they charge for making the Glassfrog publicly viewable.

Maybe we could regenerate this every once in a while without them complaining.

For a while this was working on the URL:

http://glassfrog.legalese.com/

But it was turned off after 6 months. GlassFrog has said they are opened to bringing it back for us in exchange for small amounts of $$$.

One issue is that @wabisabiyo finds the GlassFrog UI to be unpleasant for managing roles.
