  • 展示工单描述、回复和评价
  • 创建回复和内部注释
  • 展示 OpsLog
  • 支持工单操作（稍后回复、无需回复、关闭）
  • 支持修改组、负责人、分类
  • 支持修改标签
  • 支持修改自定义字段
  • 支持关注工单
  • 支持修改工单可见性（private、internal）
  • 支持修改回复内容

暂时不实现翻译功能，因为这个功能是一把嗦出来的且没有用到，想重新设计下。
