这个可能是其他部门的需求(其他部门可能有值班客服,当班的客服长时间挂在工单系统上)。LC 这边的情况,应该是每个工单都分配一个负责人比较合适(也许可以加个配置项)

配了个触发器把创建时没有分配客服的工单分配给 @SXiaoXu 🏃 先这样解决吧,暂时不加新的机制了。
但请假的人是不可派发工单的状态, @SXiaoXu 如果请假了咋办?要不搞个列表,把技术支持都加进去,然后「创建时没有分配客服的工单」随机派发给其中的一个人?
我是想先解决「未被分配的工单」没有提醒的问题,至于如何保证这样的工单被及时处理需要其他的机制。目前的 delay notification 是不会广播未被分配的工单的,也可以改下这个逻辑。
