需要传入一个符合指定格式的 JSON 字符串或者对应的字典，而没有像其他 SDK 一样封装类似 ImageMessage、AudioMessage 的更友好的 API。

另外现在 python rtm 指南 直接传字符串的方式（比如 "hello"）发消息，在客户端并不会被识别为文本消息。这个以后可以支持一下（python sdk 自动封装一下）。
