Minion View needs some default filtering / pagination #366

Currently the minion view loads all Minions into the list which will take a while when you have several hundreds of minions.

The view should have a default filter / limit similar to the Jobs List which limits to 200 entries max.

Then a user can use a search bar to search for a specific minion(s) and get the list of max 200 minions that match the search
