Study mode

As a user I want help to study my lists so that I can learn words.

1. Implement a flashcard-style quiz to test the user's recollection of words.
   Possible quiz modes (7):
   a) Chinese-English (3): 'select the correct English definition for this Hanzi/Pinyin/Hanzi+Pinyin word/phrase: ...'
   b) Hanzi-Pinyin (2): 'select the correct Pinyin/Hanzi corresponding to this Hanzi/Pinyin word/phrase: ...'
   c) English-Chinese (3): 'select the correct Hanzi/Pinyin/Hanzi+Pinyin definition for this English word/phrase: ...'
2. Use a learning algorithm (e.g. Leitner) to manage the repetition of words according to how well the user answers (speed and accuracy).
3. Display learning progress inline with the list items.
