Enable addon on parlament.ch

The addon is not only useful for newspapers, but also for the official sites of the parliament: parlament.ch

Note: Here is already a link on the name. Maybe, a Lobbywatch icon after the name could be shown and the conflicts of interests are shown on clicking (or even hovering). [This change could treated as a separate issue.]

Hi Roland, the icon is a good idea, I'll give it a try. My current workaround was to enable hover events on specific websites, but it’s not that good (especially on mobile devices :-) )
