Possible Session Interference

I was running two data taking sessions in independent ipython sessions. In one session I was running a rapid Ramsey scan (like the rapid RTO but sweeping the delay). In the other session I started running randomized benchmarking and when I did the Ramsey envelope in my first session dropped (see image) and all of my different tomo traces became noisy around a value of 0.5. See attached screenshot. When I stopped the RB the rapid Ramsey started looking normal again.
