Grapher can't handle NaN #4

Grapher should skip plotting NaN values, but instead apparently just doesn't plot. @pomalley has seen this problem. Not saying we necessarily need to start putting development effort into fixing the delphi grapher, but we can catalog its shortcomings to motivate a replacement.
