Add confirmation dialog when editing or adding categories if there are model availables

Is your feature request related to a problem?

If the user has already models available and they edit or create a category, a new model training will be triggered. Add a new confirmation model after clicking on the Save changes button that will inform the user that the action will triggered a new model to be trained.
