Revisit workspace config page design

Is your feature request related to a problem?

UX of the workspace config can be greatly improved. Currently user can get easily lost regarding the steps they have to follow from creating a dataset to creating a workspace or using a pre-existing dataset. Some ideas to make this workflkow more easier for the user are:

• Gray, blur, disable or hide sections that the user can't use, e.i. if the user didn't create a dataset yet, they shouldn't be able to intereact with the create workspace section.
• Add indications such as the one we use to help the user to create a first category to the workspace config page.
• The name "Workspace config" could be revisited, as dataset are configured in this page too.
• Add a tutorial, similar to the one we have in the Workspace page. There we can include specific descriptions for each of the actions the user can perform on this page. Honestly, I think that if the UI is good enough the tutorial shouldn't be needed. To include more descriptions we can add help buttons (?) that open modal with detailed explanations.
