Where the user's search query matches part of an Arabic word (rather than a whole word), the highlighting can break the display of the characters in this word in the search results panel.

This is a known issue with HTML and Arabic characters, see for example the discussion here.
This issue only occurs on some browsers - on my macOS 12.6, Safari (v15.6) has this issue, while Chrome (v110) does not.
Given that this (possibly) stems from a WebKit bug, I am not sure if we can do much about this at the moment, but opening an issue in case someone has any ideas.
