There are bugs without answers for last year. Is this project alive?

Barely. Most of the open issues are for stuff I'm not interested in implementing myself (but would accept a PR for, like #82) or issues in KWin itself that I'm waiting on (like #6). The remaining ones are issues that I can't find the root cause of (#79).
