Previous Chrome extensions in the Chrome web store had several reviews saying what they lacked the most was on/off toggle support. Is this even supported by tota11y?

Instead of relying on tota11y to implement toggling, couldn't you do a workaround for toggling like suggested here? http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18477910/chrome-extension-how-to-remove-content-script-after-injection
