I use Banana's Voicemeter for this purpose. When you install it, you will have access to the virtual audio interface “Voicemeter Insert Virtual ASIO”.
In Windows audio settings you must make VoiceMeter Input the default audio source. Then, in the Element settings, select Voicemeter Insert Virtual ASIO as the audio output and you will have 22 audio inputs and audio outputs available. Here in their break you can put any processing you are interested in. Moreover, Voicemeter allows you to process the sound through your microphone as well.
