Maximum 8 knobs routable to Ableton

Hey,

I'm keen to use and support Element once sorted out this.

Usually, a plugin allows to automate any knob in Ableton.

Is it just me not able to find the way to do it or Element doesn't have a support? Element limits it to 8 knobs.

However, Element knows well about all knobs in Node section, but I cannot automate them out to Ableton. Ableton sees only 8 knobs coming from this plugin.

It would be really amazing to solve this. Any thoughts or help?

I see that related question was already asked at #626 . It is focused on more than 8 performance macros support.

My question is different: why Ableton can't see any of parameters from Node list?

Practical case is when people use Program Change to change presets, they soon need more and more parameters routed to Ableton/host.

(the idea that Program Change is not useful enough without this, in my opinion)

Anyway, this can be solved by

1. giving more than 8 performance macros

or

2. allowing host to see everything what is in Node list

HI there! New Element user.
This is a severe limitation. Any news on this issue?
Element is really good but we need access to hundreds of parameters in daws. Not only for automation purposes but even for remote control. Most of the have remote control surfaces that can handle device parameters with having to cc map anything. For the standalone version the cc mapping is very good, but for the vst version more 8 vieable/automatable knobs is a must.
Should we expect this issue to be resolved in the near future?

Nope, nothing new except it is queued up for 1.0 sometime. I'm extremely busy these days and starting to get impossible to work on Element without neglecting my lifeline-work. Just the facts, but I do intend on getting this done eventually.
