Add Seed Cluster for CE - Minio problem #11297

Hi, We deploy new cluster with KubeOne.
Unfortunately, the installation does not pass through Minio
Is it possible to add seed cluster without deploying minio? |

Hi @clickersmudge, it's not possible to say what exactly is happening. I would recommend to observe the pods on your new Seed cluster and run Skipping the Minio installation is not possible as far as I know. That being said, judging by the other discussions, you already have a working master/seed (possibly a shared) installation. Please be aware that the Community Edition of KKP only allows a singleton seed called |

it's not possible to say what exactly is happening. I would recommend to observe the pods on your new Seed cluster and run
kubectl describe
andkubectl logs
on the Minio pods that do not seem to come online. From the error message it is only clear that the Helm chart is failing to install because it times out, which usually means that pods fail to start. But the reason for that is opaque to us right now.Skipping the Minio installation is not possible as far as I know.
