I also want to know if you use the Flickr30K image file to directly use the bottom-up-attention/tools/generate_tsv.py run to generate image features.Or, after extracting the regions on the original image, use bottom-up-attention/tools/generate_tsv.py to extract features? I am just learning deep learning, I don’t understand very well.
