A method to compare gene sets?

• having a venn diagram, or just overlap vs differences summary would make a common task of comparing two gene sets easier.
• many methods do not work well with redundant pathways; it would be nice to have a way to get a list of pathways with very high overlap and to filter those out using some sort of a criterion (e.g. keeping the smaller/larger pathways)
