Video stutters at end of playback

I'm having an issue where videos on surfaces stop for a split second, or display a white frame (or part of a white frame) when the video on that surface reaches the end and loops back to the beginning. Using a 3B with the card image from the website, happens with both the default example files and custom sources I loaded in (after encoding through Handbrake with recommended settings). Suggestions?

Try to encode with the H.264 baseline profile.
