Hello,

Thanks for your videos about WGCNA. However, I analyzed my data using the funtion plotDendroAndColors.

There is an error that "Error in .plotOrderedColorSubplot(order = order, colors = colors, rowLabels = rowLabels, ".

Can you help me?

try to get your object in one block only by setting maxblock 30000
