The tray icon is invisible, no matter what color I choose.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea who is doing those flatpacks nor how do they work. If I had to guess, I'd say that flatpack's sandbox is interfering with dbus and so call to create icon cannot be made.

There's a problem with the icons, because the app doesn't use its appid to identify icons: flathub/me.kozec.syncthingtk#13
But it seems to be a different issue.

I have the same issue on Linux Mint. This has been working before. I don't know when it stopped but now I have to re-open syncthing-gtk via the menu even if its' already running in the background.

OS: Linux Mint 21.1 Vera
Version: 0.9.4.4+ds+git20220108+9023143f8b93-1

This is not a flatpack version but the regular debian package I think.
