witty pi3 mini not working with pi3b

Hi,
Thank you so much for the library, it's working too well with pi4 for auto-start and shutdown. I have been trying with pi-3b it communicates with witty for setting the start time and time on the module, but when we turn off the raspberry pi it doesn't turn off( red led will be turned on on the pi but it is off). I think due to this it is not able to auto-start the raspberry pi. can you suggest to me any solution for this. I have kept in raspberry pi configuration serial port enable and 1 wire disable. Thanks in advance.
