Yes I would like to. FYI, development has forked to https://github.com/allenai/nlptools. The Allen Institute for AI will undertake an open-source NLP contribution and we've been interested in Factorie. Feel free to follow up with me outside this thread.

1. I would certainly accept a pull request.
2. I plan to look into Factorie and determine whether we would gain from having it in nlptools. Otherwise I can't justify the effort during my day job.
