Don't force JQuery on users

Once I have finished the first round of complete documentation I intend on building a plugin for mobile gallery use. These days I try to keep my JS as "micro" as possible. As a result I tend to use zetpo.js or a custom Ender build. The core engine shouldn't include Jquery in the layout if at all possible. In fact we should be careful to force any choices like this outside of a specific plugin. Thoughts?
