CSS/JS Not working

After install it on localhost, CSS/JS not working. Screenshot attached.

Step I followed

1: git clone https://github.com/kmanjari/hrms
2: composer install
3: update database details in .env
4: php artisan migrate
5: php artisan db:seed

My login page work correctly, but I'm finding this problem on the register page. I saw the view, and I found that the problem is that there is no layout included. I'm already working on the login issue, but I will probably solve this problem too and send a pull request
