Simulate a specific topology

Hi @kieranrcampbell, I was doing developmental pathway simulations using splatter. Splatter offers cross-functionality with phenopath.

I want to simulate a bifurcating trajectory of single cells to test a pipeline. I wonder if it is possible to simulate a specific topology of the trajectory using phenopath?
