Keybase windows desktop app is not working. #125

Keybase GUI Version: 6.2.1-20230721145042+e6160f1b9e

OS: Windows 10
It only showing "starting up keybase" for more than 20-30 minutes.
I also reinstall from scratch and reset the account.
