As of right now, Stages 4+ require that users have started with Eureka!'s Stage 3, but ideally we would allow people to start at any stage (as they might want to use their own optimal extraction for example). The main issue stopping that right now is the requirement for the previous stage's meta save file which should be pretty easy to not require. Then we can work with someone like Zach Berta-Thompson at chromatic to implement a Eureka! writer so that users can reshape their outputs into the required format for Eureka!'s inputs.
