Relationship between generic classes should express TypeParameters binding

A label with generic type parameter binding information should be expressed.

Suppose you have a class:

class A<T, P, A, F>

and another one extending it, binding some of its type variables:

class B<T, F> : A<T, Int, Double, F>()

The resulting PlantUML relationship should be:

A <|-- B : <<bind>>\n<P -> Int, A -> Double>
