Warning should be printed if no events are added from a file #21

Right now the program exits with no output, which makes it confusing to tell if things were successful or not. From experience this has happened less when a file has 0 events (usually people catch that) and more when there is some odd encoding issue with the file making it effectively one line long.

I am also experiencing this issue.

My file is not loaded, but I don't get an error or a success message from Keen-CLI.
