I have tried to run the helper-tools/prepare-jamf-policy.sh just like I did for every other version of Monterey but with this one I get a few errors.
Sometimes it gives me :
./macOSUpgrade/helper-tools/prepare-jamf-policy.sh: line 141: uuid: command not found
Everytime it gives me :
hdiutil: couldn't unmount "disk3" - Resource busy hdiutil: convert failed - Resource temporarily unavailable Done. See /Users/xxx/Downloads/Install macOS Monterey.12.4-21F79
But I the folder does not contain the DMG, only the TXT
I tried with two different mac on 12.3.1 and 12.4

You can get a PKG for the installer right from Apple. This site has the information: Mr. Macintosh Monterey Full Installer
