Add 24-hour timestamp format

the app doesn't respond to changing the time format in the system settings

implement 24-hour time display functionality similar to how app language can be set to automatic or a language of your choice

I haven't been able to force https://developer.android.com/reference/android/text/format/DateUtils#getRelativeDateTimeString(android.content.Context,%20long,%20long,%20long,%20int) to output 24 hour time on my device even when the system is set to 24 hour.
