[Feature Request] Scrobble each track only once per hour (or other time period)

I would like to be able to configure a duration in which each track would only be scrobbled once. Examples:-

• A song changes so much that I think it's a different song and assume the app just hasn't announced the "new" song, so I use "From mic" but it turns out that it's still the same song
• I am using Auto Shazam, and used "From mic" as well and end up with two scrobbles. This particularly applies when watching a live stream (eg https://www.dnalounge.com/webcast/video.html during a live broadcast) where Auto Shazam isn't reliable.
• I want to scrobble the presenter/programme title when I am listening to the radio, but only once whilst the programme is on. Some radio apps announce the programme details between each song (eg BBC Sounds), some whenever an unknown song is played (eg NTS Radio with a subscription).
