DegreeView object has no attribute

Hi there,
I am having an issue at ln[13] here (https://github.com/karvenka/netsci-project/blob/master/notebook/Project_Report_Karthick_Venkatesan.ipynb)

'AttributeError: 'DegreeView' object has no attribute 'items''
how did you fix this? also, would you mind sharing which versions of packages did you use? Asking this because the error I have might be fixed with the right versions. Thank you so much! @karvenka
