[FR] Use user profile timeformat (12h,24h)

Instead of having to set the "hour24", it should use the system default setting.
It is a bit annoying to set it everywhere, if you are using 24h in your area

If possible - hour24 should follow the user profile:

and a user may override the format by explicitly setting the hour24 option.
Note that a user profile is saved in a browser (companion app).
